LOKAL adopts an open space landscaping design plan to foster a "NON USE DIRECTIVE" in order to bypass sound mitigation for all of the buildings located within the condominium community.
Utility Easement Issues
Utility service owners (IREA & Xcel) have mandated easements, and "rejected" proposed design structures within easement areas.
LOKALHOMES refrained from seeking approval for any "modified" sound-mitigation-structures or OTHER OPTIONS outside of the easement areas implementing a change of use definition to the community common area to " NON-COMMUNAL" and implementing inadequate and unsuitable landscaping and sound mitigation for buildings closest to the E-470 corridor.
